1. Services

Midhurst Tropics provides tanning (sunbed), infrared sauna, and contrast therapy services at our studio in Midhurst, West Sussex.

2. Age requirement

In accordance with UK law (Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010), you must be 18 years or older to use sunbed equipment. We verify age at registration and before each session.

3. Health and safety

• You must complete a health declaration and consent form before your first session
• You must disclose your Fitzpatrick skin type accurately; session limits are enforced based on skin type for your safety
• A minimum 24-hour gap is required between sunbed sessions
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health risk

4. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings can be made online or in person. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel. Walk-in sunbed sessions are available without booking.

5. Packages and payments

• Minute packages are non-refundable once purchased
• Packages may have an expiry date as stated at the time of purchase
• Pay-as-you-go sessions are charged at the current advertised rate
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our equipment and services. However, use of tanning and wellness equipment is at your own risk, subject to our safety guidelines.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
